1. उत्तर मार्गोन्मुखी भूखंड- ऐसे भूखंड जिनके उत्तर दिशा की तरफ रोड जाती है, वे सर्वाधिक शुभ फलदायी होते हैं, ऐसे मकान में रहने वाले लोग धनी, समृद्ध और भाग्यशाली होते हैं।
2. पूर्व मार्गोन्मुखी भूखंड- इस तरह का भूखंड जिसके पूर्व दिशा की ओर सड़क हो वह भूखंड बहुत शुभ माने जाते हैं। इस पर बने भवन में निवास करने वाले सदस्यों को नाम, यश एवं प्रतिष्ठा की प्राप्ति होती है।
3. दक्षिण मार्गोन्मुखी भूखंड - जिन प्लाट के दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ रोड जाती हो वह भूखंड स्त्रियों के लिये अच्छा होता, ऐसे भूखंड पर स्त्रियों द्वारा व्यापार करने पर अच्छा फल आता है।
4. पश्चिम मार्गोन्मुखी भूखंड - पश्चिम दिशा की तरफ सड़क होने वाले प्लाट सामान्य माने जाते हैं।
