एक नये जीवन की शुरूआत करना हमेशा ही एक कपल के लिये बेहद खास और रोमांचित होता है, लेकिन यह साथ ही यह लम्हा बेहद ध्यान देने वाला भी होता है। नवजात शिशु के लिये अगर आप यहाँ बताई गई बातों का ध्यान रखते हैं तो यह आपके जीवन को और भी खास और सुखद बना सकता है। आज की पोस्ट इसी टाॅपिक को कवर करते हुये बनाई गई है कि किन बातों का ख्याल रखते हुये आप अपने नवजात शिशु को अच्छा स्वास्थ्य और भविष्य दे सकते हैं।

सूरज की किरणें- नवजात शिशु की कमरा इस तरह होना चाहिये कि उसमें पर्याप्त रूप से सूरज कि किरणें आती हों, क्योंकि सूरज की किरणें कमरे में पहुँचने से वह शिशु को सकारात्मक ऊर्जा देती हैं और साथ ही कमरे में मौजूद विभिन्न प्रकार के बैक्टिरीया को भी वह मार देती हैं।
सोने की व्यवस्था- पूर्व-उत्तर-पूर्व या पूर्व दिशा शिशु के निद्रा करने के लिये बेहतर दिशा होती है। इस दिशा में रहने से वह अच्छा आराम महसूस करता है और उनकी ग्रोथ भी अच्छी तरह से होती है।
पालना- यदि आप शिशु के पालना लेना चाहते हैं तो उसको दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा में रखना चाहिये। यह दिशा परिवार और रिश्तों से जुड़ी होती है जिस कारण शिशु में पारिवारिक रिश्तों की भावना का विकास होता है और साथ ही परिवार के सभी लोगों को अच्छा जुड़ाव शिशु के साथ होता है।
दीवारों का रंग- नवजात शिशु की अच्छी ग्रोथ के लिये आपको हल्के रंग का चयन करना चाहिये जैसे क्रीम या सफेद रंग। इस तरह के रंगों से शिशु को एक सुखद और अपनत्व का अहसास होता है। इस रूम में लाल, हरा, नारंगी, गुलाबी रंगों का चयन बिल्कुल भी न करें।
पोस्टर/सीनरीः प्राकृतिक दृश्य, ओम, प्रेरणा दायक तस्वीरों (जैसे उड़ते हुये पक्षियों की फोटो, उगते हुये पौधे की फोटो आदि) को शिशु के रूम में लगायें, इनको लगाने से आपके शिशु को शान्ति का अहसास होता है और प्रेरणा दायक तस्वीरों से वह कुछ करने की ललक उसके मन में उठने लगती हैं।
