वास्तु शास्त्र क्या है यह मैं कई बार बता चुका हूँ, परन्तु फिर भी कुछ लोग पूछते हैं तो मैं फिर से आपको बता देता हूँ साधारण से शब्दों में आप समझिये कि वास्तु कोई विशेष या कोई अतिरिक्त टॉपिक नही है, सिर्फ सही तरीके से जीने को ही वास्तु शास्त्र कहा जाता है।
सही तरीके का क्या मतलब है, घर को साफ रखना, कूड़ा-करकट या बिना उपयोग वाले सामान को इधर-फैलाने की बजाय, उसे एक नियत स्थान पर सही तरीके से रखना। और घर में की जाने वाली सभी प्रकार की गतिविधियों को उनके निश्चित स्थान पर करना क्योंकि सभी प्रकार की गतिविधियाँ और वस्तुओं के लिये वास्तु में पहले से ही जगह निर्धारित है। उन्हें उनके स्थान पर रखते हुये इस्तेमाल करना, जैसे- यदि आप वाशिंग मशीन को पूर्व-दक्षिण-पूर्व दिशा में रखते हैं तो यह आपके लिये अच्छा रिजल्ट देगी और यदि आप वाशिंग मशीन को दक्षिण-दक्षिण-पूर्व में रख देते हैं तो यह आपके खर्चों को अनावश्यक रूप से बढ़ा देगी।
तो जीवन में अच्छे नतीजे प्राप्त करने के लिये आपको प्रत्येक कार्य वास्तु के हिसाब से ही करना चाहिये, इसी को वास्तु कहते हैं।
हम बात कर रहे थे स्वास्थ्य के विषय पर तो आपके घर में वास्तु का एरिया होता है उत्तर-उत्तर-पूर्व, यह दिशा पूर्ण रूप से स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी होती है।
अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के लिये सर्वप्रथम तो इस दिशा को साफ रखना चाहिये। उसके अतिरिक्त इस दिशा में अपना बैडरूम बनाकर उस दिशा में बैड लगाना चाहिये।
ऐसा करने से जो भी व्यक्ति इस दिशा में सोयेगा उसका स्वास्थ्य उत्तम रहेगा और उसे बहुत कम ही डाक्टर का क्लिीनिक देखना पड़ेगा। समझ गये आप उत्तर-उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा को साफ रखना है, इस दिशा में नीले रंग की थीम इस्तेमाल करनी है, आप चाहे तो इस दिशा में एक मूर्ति धनवन्तरी देव की लगा सकते हैं। ऐसा करने स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी सकारात्मक ऊर्जा में बढ़ोतरी होती है।
