कार्यालय में अनुकूल वास्तु के द्वारा विभिन्न समस्यायें अपने आप ही दूर हो जाती हैं जैसे- तनाव, बॉस और कर्मचारी के बीच के मुद्दे, संसाधनों या कर्मचारियों की कम दक्षता, संसाधनों या कर्मचारियों के बीच असहमति, आर्थिक नुकसान, प्रदर्शन की कमी और कम बिक्री आदि।
इसके अतिरिक्त निम्न उपायों को अपनाकर कार्यालय में सकारात्मक ऊर्जाओं का स्तर बढ़ाया जा सकता है-
1. कार्यालय या दुकान के सभी कर्मचारियों की बैठने की व्यवस्था ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि कार्यालय के मुख्य द्वार के सामने किसी की पीठ नही होनी चाहिए।
2. दुकान के पूर्वी हिस्से में लकड़ी के फर्नीचर या लकड़ी से बनी वस्तुएं जैसे अलमारी, शो पीस, पेड़ या लकड़ी के फ्रेम लगाए जाने चाहिए। जोकि व्यापार की वृद्धि के लिए शुभ माना जाता है।
3. भारी सामान या जूते उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में न रखें, इससे व्यवसाय में नुकसान हो सकता है।
4. वास्तु के अनुसार, ऑफिस या दुकान में मालिक का केबिन सबसे पहले नहीं बनाना चाहिए। इसका व्यापार पर अच्छा प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता है।
5. ऑफिस कार्यालय में पानी की व्यवस्था उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में करके व्यवसाय में ग्रोथ लायी जा सकती है और ऋण से भी छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।
6. माना जाता है कि धन के देवता उत्तर दिशा में होते हैं, इसलिए दुकानदार या कार्यालय में खजांची या अकाउंटेंट के बैठने की व्यवस्था केवल उत्तर दिशा में होनी चाहिए।
7. प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिये अलग मेज की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिये। अनेक लोगो को एक मेज पर काम करने से एक-दूसरे के काम पर असर पड़ता है।
8. ऑफिस या दुकान में उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में कांच लगाना चाहिए। यह व्यापार की वृद्धि के लिए लाभदायक होता है।
