कोरोना वायरस, कोविड-19 फैमिली से सम्बन्धित वायरस है जिससे सम्बन्धित वायरस सार्स Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) पहले दक्षिण चाईना में पाया गया था जोकि 30 देशों तक फैला था और जिसके कारण तकरीबन 8437 लोग बीमार हुये थे और 813 लोग मारे गये थे।
इसी की फैमिली से सम्बन्धित एक दूसरा वायरस मर्स Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) जोकि सउदी अरब में पाया गया था। यह वायरस भी 27 देशों तक फैला था और इसके कारण 2494 लोग बीमार हुये और 858 लोग मारे गये थे।
कोरोना भी इसी फैमिली से सम्बन्धित है परन्तु ये उपरोक्त दोनों वायरस से ज्यादा खतरनाक इसलिये बना हुआ है क्योंकि अभी तक इसकी कोई प्रमाणित वैक्सीन नहीं बन पाई है और दुनिया में जितने अस्पताल हैं उनसे कहीं ज्यादा इससे बीमार होने वाले लोगों के केसेस हैं और अस्पताल में उनकी देखभाल करने के लिये स्टाफ भी पूरा नहीं है।
हालांकि कई देश इसकी वैक्सीन बनाने के निरन्त प्रयास कर रहे हैं परन्तु अभी उन्हे कोई विशेष सफलता नहीं मिल पाई है, जो भी इलाज अभी तक हो रहे हैं वह लक्षण अनुरूप विभिन्न दवाओं से हो रहे हैं, हालांकि कुछ मरीजों पर उन दवाओं का भी लाभ मिल रहा है, परन्तु सटीक दवा आ जाने से इसका जल्द फायदा लोगों को मिलेगा।

अभी तक मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कोरोना विशेष कोई वैक्सीन अभी तक उपलब्ध नहीं है कि इसलिये अभी तक इसका ईलाज लक्षण के अनुसार उपलब्ध दवाओं के जरिये किया जा रहा है, और उनके द्वारा मरीज ठीक भी हो रहे हैं।
लेकिन इसका सबसे बेहतर ईलाज यही है कि आप इससे बचाव करें ताकि आपको ईलाज की जरूरत ही न पड़े।
ईसके लिये आपको सरकार द्वारा जारी गाईडलाईन का पालन करना है यानि कि आपको लॉकडाउन का पूरी तरह से पालन करना है। आपको अपने घर में ही रहना है और यदि किसी अत्यन्त आवश्यक काम से आप बाहर जाते हैं तो आपके कोरोना के चपेट में आने का खतरा बना रहेगा।
याद रहे कि यदि कोरोना स्टेज 3 में आ जाता है तो इसको कन्ट्रोल करना बहुत मुश्किल होगा।
ईटली जोकि देश काफी सम्पन्न देश है परन्तु फिर भी वो ईसको पूरी तरह से फैलने में रोक पाने में असमर्थ रहा, जबकि वहाँ सभी अस्पताल सम्बन्धित सुविधायें ज्यादा बेहतर हैं।
भारत में वहाँ के मुकाबले बहुत ही कम संसाधन हैं तो ध्यान रखें कि आप घर पर ही रहें और किसी से न मिलें
स्टेज 1, 2 और 3 क्या है?
इसको एक उदाहरण से समझते हैं, पहली बात तो यह है कि कोरोना बाहरी देश से हमारे यहाँ आया है तो यह किस तरह यहाँ पहुँचा?
स्टेज 1: मान लीजिये एक व्यक्ति दलजीत कौर विदेश से आया, परन्तु उसमें कोरोना के कोई लक्षण नहीं थे, उसे यह हिदायत देते हुये जाने दिया कि वह अपने घर पर 14 दिन तक सबसे अलग रहेगा।
वह अपने घर पर अलग रहने लगा और 6 दिन उसे कोई समस्या नहीं हुई तो उसके घरवालों ने उसको कहा कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है आओ सबके साथ बैठो। लेकिन वह अलग ही रहा।
सातवे दिन उसको बुखार और खाँसी हुई तो उसने डॉक्टर से सम्पर्क किया तो उसको कोरोना पॉिज़टीव निकला, वह नवयुवक 10 दिन बाद ईलाज कराकर ठीक होकर घर वापस आ गया। उसने अपने परिवार वालों और अपने आस-पास के लोगों को सुरक्षित रखा।
यह थी स्टेज 1 जिसमें कोरोना खुद विदेश से आया।
स्टेज 2: वहीं एक दूसरा व्यक्ति ईलाहीबख्श विदेश से आया कोरोना के कोई लक्षण न होने पर उसे भी यह हिदायत देते हुये जाने दिया कि वह अपने घर पर 14 दिन तक सबसे अलग रहेगा। लेकिन उसने कोई बात नहीं मानी, वह अपने घर गया और सबके साथ रहा और कुछ दिन बाद उसे भी कोरोना पॉिज़टीव पाया गया। उसने अपने साथ-साथ सभी 6 सदस्यों को कोरोना दिया।
लेकिन यहाँ यह पता था कि किसको कोरोना था और किससे किसको हुआ, इस तरह कोरोना एक सीमित दायरे में रहा और एक घर से दूसरे घर नहीं फैला, सिर्फ 6 और लोगों को कोरोना हुआ।
स्टेज 2 में कोरोना एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को था जो कभी विदेश नहीं गया था लेकिन हमें यह पता है कि बाकी लोगों को कोरोना देने वाला कौन था? अब इन सबको अलग रखकर ईनका ईलाज किया जा सकता है।
स्टेज 3: अब एक तीसरा व्यक्ति आता है नूरकाश वह अपने घर जाता है, सबसे मिलता है, अपनी दुकान खोलता है जहाँ वह 480 लोगों से मिलता है और कुछ दिन बाद जब उसको कोरोना का पता चलता है तो, उसके नौकर-चाकर, ग्राहक, पास-पड़ौस आदि सबसे पूछताछ होती है तो 450 लोग तो मिल जाते हैं, लेकिन 30 लोग नहीं मिलते अब वो 30 लोग कहाँ होंगे और कहाँ-कहाँ कोरोना बाँट रहे होंगे। यह स्टेज 3 हुई जहाँ अब हमें यह नहीं पता कि कोरोना से ग्रसित व्यक्ति कहाँ हैं और उनका ईलाज करना भी सम्भव नहीं है। इस तरह ये 30 लोग जब तक घूमते रहेंगे और कोरोना बाँटते रहेंगे तो स्थिती विषम हो जायेगाी।
निष्कर्षः
तो हमें यह करना है कि सरकार के निर्देशों का पालन करना है और घर पर ही रहना है ताकि जो लोग बाहर ईन्फैक्टिड हैं उनका समुचित ईलाज किया जा सके और जो लोग खुले घूम रहे हैं वो किसी और को कोरोना न दे पायें।
