खजाने या निधि का अर्थ है - वह वस्तु जो परिवर्तन हो सके धन में।
पंकज जी एक प्रसाधन (काॅस्मैटिक) वस्तुओं के निर्माता थे। बढ़िया काॅस्मैटिक उत्पादनों के विश्वसनीय विक्रेता के तौर पर उन्होंने बाजार में काफी नाम कमा लिया था। उनके ब्रांड की कीमत ऊंची थी और औरों से महंगी भी। गुणवत्ता एवं विविधता के कारण ग्राहक खिंचे चले आते थे। तभी कमल अपने नए बड़े घर में स्थानांतरित हो गए। उनकी फैक्ट्री पास में ही थी और एक छोटा सा दफ्तर भी साथ ही था।
इस जगह पर जाने के पश्चात् वह अपने व्यवसाय मेें अप्रत्यशित अड़चनें अनुभव करने लगे। एक उत्पादन-लाॅट मेें तकनीकी कमी आ गई और एक के बाद एक ग्राहक उनके काॅस्मैटिक से नाखुश होते चले गए। उन पर दाम कम करने का दबाव डाला गया। उधार बढ़ाने का भी दबाव आन पड़ा। उनकी पेमेंट्स अटक गई। ग्राहक उनके फोन काॅल नहीं लेते। इन सबने उनके नाम, आर्थिक स्थिति और साथ ही व्यक्तिगत जीवन को भी उलट-पलट कर रख दिया।
इससे पहले कि उनका नाम पूरी तरह से डूब जाता, पंकज जी काफी चिंतित होकर समाधान लेने के लिए हमारे पास आए। उनके घर के नक्शे पर वी. एम. वी वास्तु महा वास्तु के सिद्धांतों का प्रयोग करने पर समस्या का मूल कारण सामने आया। यह उत्तर जोन मंे छत पर लगी लाल रंग की रेलिंग थी जो धन एवं नव-अवसरों की दिशा में असंतुलन पैदा कर रही थी। वही परिस्थिति उनके दफ्तर में भी थी। वहाँ उत्तर दिशा में दीवारों पर गुलाबी रंग से पंेट किया गया था।
