किसी भी कार्यालय में जाने के लिये सबसे पहले उसका प्रवेश द्वार इस्तेमाल होता है, तो सबसे पहले बात करते हैं कार्यालय के प्रवेश द्वार की। कार्यालय का प्रवेश द्वार उत्तर, पूर्व और उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा मे होना चाहिये एवम् इस बात का भी ध्यान रखना आवश्यक है कि प्रवेश द्वार पर किसी भी तरह का वेध न हो, क्योंकि वेध के द्वारा अशुभ उर्जा उत्पन्न होती है और यह आपकी शक्ति को भी कम करती है।

कार्यालय के जो मुख्य या बड़े पद के लोगो हों जैसे- मैनेजर, डायरेक्ट अथवा कार्यालय के मालिक इन सभी के बैठने की व्यवस्था दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा में करनी चाहिये, इन सभी लोगों का चैम्बर इसी दिशा में बनाना चाहिये।

यहां एक और बात ध्यान रखने योग्य है कि कार्यालय के स्वामी का कक्ष सबसे बड़ा बनवाना चाहिये। कार्यालय स्वामी को अपनी बैठने की कुर्सी इस कमरे की दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा में रखनी चाहिये, ऐसा करने से आपके निर्णय लेने के लिये क्षमताओं में वृद्धि होती है। यदि आपका कार्य दिमागी कार्यांे से जुड़ा है तो आपको पूर्व दिशा ओर मुंह करके बैठना चाहिये अथवा आप उत्तर मुखी होकर बैठ सकते हैं।

कार्यालय का मुख्य अधिकारी यानि मैनेजेर या मालिक के बैठने के स्थान के पीछे ठोस दीवार होना सुनिश्चित करें। यहां पर दीवार न होकर यदि दरवाजा या खिड़की बनाने से यहां बैठने वाला व्यक्ति अपने आपको असुरक्षित महसूस करता है और अपने सहयोगियों से धोखा प्राप्त करता है।
