कई लोगों के जीवन में ऐसा अक्सर कहते सुना गया है कि वे कहते हैं हम कमाते तो बहुत हैं पर पैसा हाथ में बिल्कुल नहीं रूकता, कुछ न कुछ ऐसा खर्चा आ जाता है कि हमारा महीने का सारा पैसा खर्च हो जाता है और हम कुछ भी बचत नहीं कर पाते हैं।
ऐसा इसलिये होता है कि वह भवन जिसमें वह निवास करते हैं वहाँ का वास्तु ठीक नहीं है उत्तर दिशा जोकि अवसर यानि अपौर्चुनिटी से जुड़ी होती है, उसके सही होने के कारण उनको धन अर्जन करने के तो अच्छे अवसर मिल जाते हैं परन्तु दक्षिण-पूर्व दिशा के वास्तु संतुलन न होने से उनका कमाया हुआ धन बिना वजह के कार्यों में व्यर्थ ही खर्च हो जाते हैं।

यदि ऐसा है तो उन्हें फौरन यह पेन्टिंग यहाँ से हटा देनी चाहिये। या पानी का स्टोरेज यहाँ से हटाकर उत्तर दिशा में कर देना चाहिये क्योंकि उत्तर दिशा जल से सम्बन्धित होती है। यहाँ की दीवारों को रंग नीला नहीं होना चाहिये।
दक्षिण-पूर्व दिशा में आप अग्नि से सम्बन्धित पेन्टिंग लगा सकते हैं। यहाँ पर आपको लाल रंग का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिये जैसे पर्दे, दीवारें आदि सभी लाल रंग की होनी चाहिये।
ऐसा करने के कुछ ही समय में आप पायेंगे कि आपके जीवन में पैसे का नुक्सान होना बन्द हो जायेगा और घर में पैसा रूकने लगेगा।
